From San Antonio, TX to Belle Plaine, MN what a change. We have more space now here in the home but Winter was really hard for me. I am terrible at driving in the snow. Now there are plans to go back to Oklahoma in several months.

We are again renting for our family of 4. We built the home in Oklahoma with 5 rooms and so much storage space. We sold it and moved 🙁 and now in an apartment with almost no storage space and way too much stuff.
I am on a mission now to minimize my stuff and eventually the rest of the families stuff. We can’t keep all we have an do the apartment living thing. Will be back with updates and pictures too.

Natural Weed Killer: 1 gallon vinegar, 1/2 cup salt, dash of dish washing detergent (makes it stick to the weeds). Mix well, spray on weeds. This works best on a sunny day

They advertise that they come with a microwave, well we soon learned how they work. This mircowave doesn’t have a turn table and it doesn’t heat up well at all. It’s probably time that they get an updated version. (lol)

I was not able to find pictures of these apt on the inside anywhere on the internet before renting. I think now I know why.
More pics of various areas of apt to come, I want to make sure I remember the conditions. This way I can appreciate our new home that much more.

The wood burning fireplace did work in the Lexington apt until, the snow got heavy outside. The maintenance probably had not been done to the chimney in a long while. We used it for a short time then got smoked in by it. Oh well now why was I not surprised by this result.
